As a learning and development professional, John uses workshops, webinars, coaching, and keynote speaking to help new and emerging leaders develop their people skills to grow into effective leaders.

To connect with leaders, John weaves into his programs the leadership lessons he learned as a soccer coach, news editor, and university campus dean.

John holds a doctoral degree in organizational leadership, a master’s degree in human resource management, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology.

He is also a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Executive Coach, a Career Services Provider, and a Board Source Certified Board Governance Consultant.
